If you choose to share it

  • Your name and suburb
  • Your level: Verified, Trusted or Gold
  • How many invoices you've paid and how many tradies you've satisfied
  • How fast you pay on average (“pays in 3 days”)
  • The trades you've used, not the business names

Never

  • Your phone number, email or exact address, until you share them with a tradie yourself
  • Anything negative. If a job goes wrong, nothing is recorded. Kepuro only counts the good ones
  • Anything at all, if you haven't joined. People who aren't members have no record

Levels count tradies, not dollars. A small job paid on time counts the same as a big one.

Your home logbook

Everything done on your home, in one place

Every verified job: who did it, when, what it cost you in days to pay, and the paperwork that goes with it. Electrical certificates, plumbing certificates, warranties, treatment reports.

Add jobs done by tradies who aren't on Kepuro, or work you did yourself, so the record is complete.

Useful when it matters

  • Selling: hand the buyer a full history of the house with the certificates attached
  • Coming up: reminders for the next pest treatment, heat pump service or roof check, with a Book button for the tradie who did it last time
  • Recommending: one tap to recommend a tradie to a friend, or to book them again

  1. A tradie invites youAfter you've paid their invoice, they send you an email invitation. Say yes and that job becomes the first entry in your logbook and the first tick on your record.
  2. Join yourselfJoin from this site, add a job you've paid for, and the tradie confirms it. Either way, you choose what's shared and you can leave any time, taking your logbook with you.
